Study On The Renewal Strategy Of The Rural Resettlement Residential In Changsha City Under The Guidance Of Open Block

In the context of inventory renewal,as the basic unit of the city,the study of residential renewal has received more attention.As a special product left over from the era of incremental planning,the rural resettlement residential area plays an important role in the development of the city.Their special construction and management methods have produced characteristics of different common commercial districts.With the increase of people 's living standards,however,the rural resettlement residential area has gradually become a low-lying land of development and an urban village in a new era.In 2016,the government proposed a shared development requirement called“Open block",from exploring the renewal strategy of rural resettlement residential area in the perspective of open block,to maintaining the characteristics of settlements,to improving the living standards of residents.This essay discusses open block and their related theories firstly,with six properties and typical cases the domestic and at the aboard.Through comparative research,it is believed that the characteristics of open block-oriented settlement construction can be summarized into four aspects:block size and traffic organization,building enclosure and public space,land use and functional services,and settlement governance and cultural characteristics.In addition,according to the above four aspects,the problems of rural resettlement residential areas in Changsha are summarized:the rural resettlement residential areas in Changsha generally have monotonous architectural forms and lack of hierarchy;land function is single,and housing assets are idle;decline in public space,and lack of guidance in micro-space construction;service facilities are misplaced and lack humanistic care;industry homogeneity is high,small scale but fierce competition;Governance lacks supervision and settlement management is out of order;The township rules and regulations have disappeared without new discipline and the villagers have high intimacy each other but low city 's integration.To solve these problems,a series of update strategies is suggested,including:Control the update unit to sort out the traffic structure;moderately open residential areas and optimize public space;mix Diversified land,darning of public service facilities;and govern diversely and fine,and innovate and inherit culture.Finally,taking the update of Tianma resettlement community in Changsha as an example,objectively analyzes the specific situation of Tianma resettlement area,and selects the corresponding update strategy for the status quo of Tianma resettlement area,trying to establish a shared development and characteristic sustainable development.
