Research On The Spatial Perception Of Block Type Residential Area Based On POE

With the development of the city and the change of the times,the closed residential mode is more and more inadaptable to people’s need for better living environment.In February 21,2016,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a number of opinions on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction.For a long time,it has been widely discussed and discussed in the academic circles.Residents are mixed about this.They are generally concerned about traffic,safety,property and district sovereignty.The author inquires the relevant papers and finds that the sound of encouraging block residential areas has been all the time.Many experts,scholars and students have expounded their views and research contents from different angles,which have benefited the author.The author quantifies the residents’ POE to the residents’ feedback,investigates and studies the existing block residential areas from the perspective of evidence-based design,combined with the practical cases and theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,and summarizes the characteristics of the block residential area and the existing problems in the open mode,traffic organization and business layout,which are based on this.The corresponding improvement strategies and design principles are given,which provide rational "empirical" accumulation for the evidence-based design of neighborhood housing.At present,the domestic architecture,planning and design are completed after delivery,but the problems appearing in the use are rarely received feedback and attention.This paper introduces POE(post use evaluation)as an important step in evidence-based design,obtains sufficient empirical information,studies the domestic block residential area,and appears in the process of its completion and use.The problems are discussed and compared,and the reasons are summarized,which provide feedback for building planning and design,and improve the whole life cycle of the design.The first chapter is the introduction,including the object of study,research objectives and research framework.The second chapter finds out its theoretical basis from the theoretical research and the construction instance at home and abroad,and expounds the research method of POE.The third chapter generalizes its characteristics and rules from the practice construction at home and abroad,and analyzes its successful experience.The fourth chapter makes a field survey on the actual cases of two domestic block residential areas,and carries out a questionnaire survey and informal interview to the residents and property managers,and draws the results of the POE(post use evaluation)as the theoretical basis.By comparing the two,we conclude the existing problems and analyze the reasons.The fifth chapter,based on the findings,draws the conclusion.The sixth chapter is a summary of this article.
