Design Research On Rural Resettlement Residential Area Of Chishui

In recent years,with the rapid development of the urbanization in longyan,the construction scale of farmer resettlement has exceeded commercial housing.The construction of these settlements has greatly improved the living conditions of the farmers.But because the design of the community is not reasonable,the problem that arises also gradually becomes apparent.This paper,on the basis of field investigation in longyan,site selection,problems of planning programming,architectural design and landscape design are elaborated in detail.In combination with these problems,through questionnaire,the methods of planning programming,architectural design and landscape design were studied.The design concept of integration,diversification and homog enicity were proposed.For example of Chishui community this paper discusses the concept of integrating residential community design as a whole,view,ventilation,sunshine sharing all the good design idea and the diversified design concept of folk customs and customs in the design of the residential area.The conclusions were obtained by follows:(1)The location of the housing estate should be chosen in the areas where the public and municipal projects are complete and convenient for the farmers their jobs.(2)The planning programming,architectural design and landscape design is a whole,can not separate professional design.The application of integrated design in the farmer's housing community can reduce the problems caused by the design of different majors.(3)In the building design of the neighborhood,the architectural style should be combined with the local folk customs and customs.In addition,considering the suitability of the land in which the land is lost,the design of energy-saving and environmental protection should be carried out,such as wind,sunshine,etc.(4)Landscape design should consider the idea of all good design.The village square,landscape green space,water features and activity space organic together to form a whole,make the community residents can enjoy the landscape resources.
