Research On The Open Development Strategy Of Qingdao City Block Residential Quarters

The "residential area" is an important part of the urban functional space.With the development of the enclosed residential area model in China,its negative impact on the city has been gradually highlighted.On one hand,because the size of some enclosed residential areas is too large,it hinders the smooth of the traffic in the city.On the other hand,the current mainstream residential areas tend to be closed,and the internal and external space is strictly defined,resulting in the loss of street vitality.In addition,closed residential space makes urban space resources wasteful,and imperfections in public facilities have reduced the quality of life of residents,the monotony and dullness of residential buildings makes the city lose its features.In February 6,2016,<Several opinions of CPC Central Committee and State Council on further strengthening urban planning and construction management>been Promulgated.The construction of "block-based residential areas" as an important concept for alleviating urban problems in China began to appear in the public’s view.,began to appear in the public view.Open residential space can not only increase the density of urban road network,alleviate traffic congestion,but also help to integrate the main roads into the urban road network system,promote the organic integration of residential function and urban street life,so as to enhance the vitality of the city.Qingdao,as a coastal port city,because of its special colonial city history,its initial urban construction is seriously affected by the western urban planning concept,which is mainly open block.At present,the old urban area of Qingdao still holds the open block system form.However,with the development of the city,this part of the block system in the traffic,public facilities,green system and other aspects gradually can not meet the needs of the residents,urban vitality gradually lost,and the development of the city has also caused great obstacles.Therefore,this paper takes the Qingdao block system as the research object.Based on the theory and practice of the block residential area and the open design of residential area,through the analysis of the successful cases of China and abroad,this paper puts forward the relevant research on the open optimization development strategy of Qingdao urban block system space,in order to improve the Qingdao block.It provides theoretical support for the status quo of the residential area and the improvement of the overall spatial form of the city.This article is based on the study of the early theory and practice of the open design of neighborhood settlements and block residential area,clarifies the development process of the design concept of residential area,summarizes the core of the open design of residential area and the challenges to China in this area.On the basis of theoretical research,a systematic analysis of Qingdao city is carried out,the development process of urban pattern and residential space in Qingdao is reviewed,and the interaction relationship between the two in the process of development and evolution is analyzed,and the characteristics of the urban morphology and the influence of the existing block system on the form of the city in Qingdao are summarized.From the point of view of the city,the demand for the reconstruction of the existing block system in Qingdao city is analyzed,as well as the demand for the new block system in order to reconcile the difference space between closed and open residential areas and improve the urban form.On the basis of clarifying the city’s demand in Qingdao,through the analysis of the cases of classic open residential areas of China and abroad,the open design and development strategy of block system are extracted from functional level,traffic level,landscape level,management level and residential level.Finally,taking the typical residential district in Qingdao as an example,we attempt to apply the open development strategy.On the one hand,the optimization design of the existing block system is carried out.On the premise of retaining the spatial texture of the traditional block system,the optimization and promotion of the traffic organization,the supporting facilities and the implementation of the open space of the green space are optimized so as to make it meet the needs of the residents for a better life;on the other hand,to plan a new plan for the future.The development of the space in the block residential area puts forward a forward-looking open development concept,which makes the original and new residential areas multilevel and all directional together,thus perfecting the city form of Qingdao and providing a feasible idea for the solution of the urban problem.
