The self-loading concrete mixing truck is a kind of mechanical and electrical product that walks quickly,lifts and carries,with a high degree of automation,so it is widely used in modern industry,agriculture and construction industry.At present,the travel system of the self-loading concrete mixing truck in China mostly adopts the hydrostatic transmission system,which has the advantages of compact structure,space saving,high power to weight ratio,diversified operation and control forms,and good efficiency and transmission performance.In this thesis,the XX type self-loading concrete mixing truck of a company is taken as the research object and studied in the following aspects.This thesis analyzes the function of the self-loading concrete mixing transporter,analyzes the dynamics of the travel system,designs the hydraulic system of the selfloading concrete mixing transporter,and analyzes the selection of the main hydraulic components of the system.Aiming at the problems in the running of the transportation vehicle's travel system,the static characteristics of the main components are tested and analyzed by using the hydraulic component testing platform,and the factors of failure are found out.The simulation analysis of the whole machine system and the main hydraulic components was carried out by using AMESim software.The simulation curves obtained were compared with the ideal performance curves.The parameters of the travel hydraulic system were adjusted and improved,and the simulation analysis was carried out.The performance of the self-loading concrete mixing truck under various operating conditions was analyzed.The experiment was carried out on the improved self-loading concrete mixing transporter,the improved vehicle could meet the maximum speed of the system design,and the climbing ability of the system was also improved accordingly,which verified the feasibility of the scheme.The thesis has 43 figures,10 tables and 85 references.
