Ready Mixed Concrete is an important Building material.It needs special transport vehicle to carry the ready mixed concrete from mixing station to the building site.In this paper,it is a more comprehensive and in-depth discussion and analysis of both at home and abroad on the current development and Cutting-edge technology and development trend.Aim at research direction,it is make hydraulic drive system to analysis and reasoning of the type and technical requirements and problems.Base on national standard.Though the theoretic analysis and design calculation,the agitator-tank frame,drive scheme and hydraulic system's main parameters of 6m3 concrete mixing truck are established,and the type of each hydraulic component is selected and checked. An important problem of constant speed control that must get fully discussion and analysis,result in the CSD is the best selection.Analyses the impulsions of hydraulic have harm and reason,put forward the preventive and control measures.Utilizing AMESim simulation software for hydraulic drive system of concrete mixer truck is simulated is simulated,and hydraulic impulsion is simulated too.The operation is stable and reliable as a whole,but impact is larger while work status change;under the efficiency and stability is ensured,we can choose reasonable time to win the fast performance,so reducing impact and load can protect hydraulic component.Research of hydraulic drive system can supply the important reference for concrete mixer truck while design of concrete mixer truck.
