Concrete plays an important role in the development of national economy, and the government's construction sectorattaches great importance to it. Promoting the development of concrete technology has quite mature, and the transport of concrete has made considerable development.Self-loading concrete mixer truck used as engineering and construction equipmentis introduce to the domestic in recent years, which has a broad development prospects.The article hasstudied the characteristics of self-loading concrete mixing truckand researching status. The article elaborates the research background and significance and the research content.According to the use of its hydraulic system and working requirements, we have carried on the design of the hydraulic drive system of the self-loading concrete mixing truck, hydraulic control system and the modeling and Simulation of the hydraulic transmission system.According to the requirements of the actual working conditionandthe cause of the hydraulic shock and the preventive measures, the design of Hydraulic system which is based on the basic structure and principles was begun with the system operation principle diagram of Self-loading concrete mixing truck. The mixing hydraulic system part is used with closed loop mode. The bucket and the rotatinghydraulic system partis used with opened loop mode.In order to enhance and ensure the working performance of the system, the mixing system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional valve control mode. According to the practical work in all kinds of system pressureto choose this topic system pressure,on the basis ofthe driving power of mixing drum system. It calculated the system flow and power. In accordance with the general formula for computing the hydraulic system,the design made the selection and calculation of the parts ofthe system.The emphases of thehydraulic system in self-loading concrete mixing truck are consist of mixing constant speed rotary and limit control. First of all,according to the requirements of the hydraulic drive system control target, the design is determinedto the whole control process diagram. Second, we haveanalyzed the electromagnetic directional valve control circuit and the hydraulic pump displacement control system.And we build the mathematical model of control system.Based on the hydraulic system design, we use the hydraulic system of professional simulation software AMESimto build modeling simulation rotary driving system and the mixing driving system ofthe self-loading concrete mixing truck modeling simulation to get the working status of each part of the work elements operation parameters change curve. According to the calculation and hydraulic simulation analysis shows that the operation of the hydraulic system is relatively stable and reliable. In variousof operating mode switch, the system of the hydraulic impact is bigger and this kind of situation is more common in the hydraulic system. In this condition,we can select the appropriate hydraulic components to alleviate the hydraulic impact. Hydraulic drive and control system are important parts ofself-loading concrete mixing truck and analysis of various parts of the system can provide the vehicle optimization parameters. They can improve the service life of the vehicle.At the end of the paper, the research content is summarizedand points out some problem remaining to solve further.
