| Concrete mixing truck is a special vehicle for transporting ready-mixed concrete.In order to prevent concrete from solidifying,it has been transported.In the process,the material is stirred by the cylinder.Starting from the research and development task of concrete mixing truck,this paper mainly introduces the design basis of mixing truck barrel structure and shape parameters,and deeply analyzes the relationship between barrel helix type,helix angle,helix angle,blade installation angle and mixing performance and unloading capacity.This paper mainly completes the following work:1.according to design principles.The parameters of the 8-square cylinder are determined according to the relationship between them.Based on the theory of functional subdivision,the three-dimensional model of helix and helical blade is established and the model is expanded on the plane map.2.Taking the 8-square cylinder as an example,the calculation method of the output torque and the output speed of the hydraulic motor is explained in detail.The variation law of the driving torque of the 8-square cylinder in the process of loading,transporting and discharging is analyzed.The theoretical basis is provided for the study of the relationship between the driving torque of the mixing cylinder and the working conditions and the selection of the hydraulic components.3.This paper introduces the function of subframe of concrete mixing truck and the structure type of common subframe,and analyzes the stress condition of subframe loaded on 8-square concrete mixing truck under set working condition by using analysis software,which provides theoretical guidance for the research and optimization of subframe of concrete mixing truck.4.The test method of the key indexes of the hydraulic transmission system,such as load pressure,roll stability,feeding speed,stirring performance,unloading capacity and working reliability,is defined.This paper systematically expounds the theoretical research,method and test method of key indexes of concrete mixing truck in the course of research and development,with a view to forming a more scientific,systematic and complete theory and basis for research and development on key components such as cylinder,hydraulic transmission system and sub-frame,and engaging in mixing in our department and even in the industry.Engineers in the research and development of concrete mixing truck will help to promote the continuous development of concrete mixing truck products. |
