A Study On The Design Practice Of Community Pension Post Station In Beijing

The aging of population has become an inevitable social problem in the development of our country.The rapid growth of the aging population and the miniaturization of the family structure make the traditional pension model unsustainable.The community is the most important place for the elderly to live.The community pension service facilities that can provide a series of pension services become an important carrier to support the basic life of the elderly.Community pension plays an important role in the whole pension system,which can provide strong support for home-based pension.In 2016,the related construction work of the community pension station began in Beijing.So far,it has been four years of development.The old-age mode of community pension station has certain universality and sustainability in service content.It is a bridge connecting home-based pension and institutional pension.It helps to improve the integrity and continuity of social pension service system,and has extremely important theoretical and practical significance.But for the old community in the community pension station,the architectural space design and function configuration is still in the exploratory stage,waiting for further improvement of design principles and design methods.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the research of the aged post in the old communities in Beijing,which is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Mainly through the method of literature research,this paper discusses the research background,research status at home and abroad and the practice of community pension facilities at home and abroad,and introduces the main research content,research methods,research purpose and significance of the paper.The second part is the function orientation and service object of the community endowment station.First of all,on the basis of the introduction of the facilities for supporting the aged and disabled in Beijing area,the functional orientation of the community pension station is made clear.Community pension post can be understood as a community home-based pension facility with more quantity,wider coverage and more comprehensive service function for home-based pension.The main service objects are the elderly at home who need a certain amount of life care,but have not yet reached the stage of continuous medical care,generally including the elderly who take care of themselves and the elderly who are assisted by others.Its main servicesinclude day care,call service,meal aid service,health guidance,cultural entertainment,psychological consolation,etc.Functional rooms are generally divided into living rooms,health care rooms,public activity rooms and service rooms.The third part is a survey of the current situation of the old community in Beijing.In the general survey of the community pension stations in Beijing,we found that the community pension stations in the old communities are generally transformed from the existing buildings,and limited by the size and spatial structure of the original buildings,there are many problems in the actual use process.After that,we selected five typical old community community pension stations for detailed investigation,and found the following problems:(1)the small-scale building area itself can not support the perfect functional configuration;(2)using the original building structure,the building space layout is unreasonable;(3)the building space can not support the service content well.Through the way of questionnaire survey,on the basis of investigation and Research on the service needs of the elderly within the service scope of the community pension post,it is found that the community pension post can well meet the needs of self-care elderly,but still can not fully meet the service needs of the elderly.The fourth part is the starting point of the optimization design of the old community pension station.First of all,it summarizes the basic situation in the aspects of the contradiction between service content and actual demand,the influence of area scale on function allocation,and the influence of original structure on space transformation.Through the comparison between the actual needs and the service contents that can be provided by the community pension station,it is found that it can not fully meet the medical and nursing needs of the elderly,and the area scale and the original structure layout will also have a certain impact on the actual use.In this case,the functional composition is determined under the condition of minimizing the use of resources,including multi-functional activity space,living service area,relatively simple medical and health care room,plus a certain amount of auxiliary room.Through the research on the service function of the surrounding facilities to the community pension station,this paper proposes to supplement and improve the internal function of the community pension station through the way of function integration.Finally,it discusses the relationship between the service object and the functional configuration,and establishes that the main functional configuration is daytime rest space,multi-functional activity space,office space,medical care unit and necessary auxiliary space on the premise of meeting the service needs of the elderly.The fifth part is the optimization design strategy of the old community for the aged post.In this chapter,according to the above content,the corresponding optimization design strategy is proposed.Mainly from the community endowment station and the community endowment station resources integration,combined with the reality of the type of mode selection,the optimization design of key building space and internal environment optimization design.In the resource integration of community pension station and community pension station,the facilities around the community mainly include living service facilities,medical service facilities,problem service facilities and community pension facilities,and put forward three ways of function integration,including joint construction,scope integration and regional integration;in the type mode selection based on the difference of actual conditions,it can be based on the community In different situations of the District,different types of community pension stations are arranged,including basic type,entertainment type,medical type and short-term care type.In addition,the paper puts forward the construction of resource integration mode.When the area of community pension station in the old community is insufficient,the community pension station of medical additional type and short-term support type can be selected as the main body,and then other facilities can be selected within the scope of service to undertake recreational and sports activities;in the optimization design of key building space,for multi-functional space,office space,daytime Lounge In the internal environment optimization design,the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for the color and logo system,barrier free environment,indoor physical environment and architectural detail design.I hope that under the increasingly tense land use,we can build a community pension station to meet the needs of the elderly,further build a more perfect pension service system,solve the practical service needs of the elderly,and improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.
