Study On The Landscape Design Of The Retirement Community Based On CCRC Mode

The research background at home and abroad,the current situation of the development of retirement community,retirement community environment landscape design problems are discussed,summed up the reference content through the domestic and foreign relevant retirement community theory,policy and development status of domestic and foreign classic case,theoretical research results will be applied to the Beijing Changping Yanyuan Taikang retirement community design practice in.Based on the understanding of the site,the author makes a research and Analysis on the psychology,physiology and behavior of the elderly,so as to obtain the specific planning and design scheme of the landscape design of the retirement community.Through theoretical research,case analysis and design practice,the conclusions are as follows.(1)There are three main modes of pension in China: family pension,social pension and institutional pension.The main research of this paper is the endowment model of the institution,and it is thought that the CCRC pension model is more suitable for the current situation of China's institutional pension model.CCRC continuing care retirement community is an integrated community,to meet the needs of the elderly health management,care and health care and other basic needs.In the same community to meet the needs of the elderly at different stages of the physiological needs of different ages.(2)CCRC pension model is a collection of entertainment,health and leisure center services,life care and medical care as a whole,from the initial retirement to the end of the hospice care for such a one-stop life retirement pension services.There are three types of CCRC patterns in the elderly,active adult elderly;assisted living elderly;specialty care elderly.CCRC pension community has beautiful environment,safe and convenient;the design of barrier free safety complete supporting facilities.(3)Through the case study,the author finds that the location of the community should be considered as a convenient and elegant environment.In the design aspect,the particularity of the elderly is combined with the technique of barrier free design and horticultural therapy.(4)In Beijing Taikang Yanyuan design practice,through in-depth study on the elderly psychology,physiology and behavior,summarizes the pension community construction planning and design should have: comfort and health;safety and convenience;identification and field;diversity and culture.At the same time to improve the spiritual and cultural level of the requirements,so that the elderly not only have material protection but also spiritual pursuit of life.
