Planning And Landscape Design Of Wanli Lan Yuan Retirement Community In Nanchang City

With the accelerated development of China's society and economy and the progress of medical science and technology,people live longer,which is accompanied by the serious problem of aging of the population.With the progress of the society,people from all walks of life have increasingly higher demands for the health and living environment of the elderly.At present,China's old-age care model is dominated by home-based old-age care model.However,such living environment is less designed for aging,medical treatment and supporting facilities are not perfect,and the pressure of children's life and work is increasing.As a result,there is no time to take better care of and accompany the elderly,which makes the elderly feel lonely.Based on the above adverse factors,the establishment of a centralized community is conducive to alleviating the current social pension problems.The elderly are the group with the highest frequency of activities in each age group.They should fully consider the behavior pattern of the elderly group in planning and landscape design,pay attention to the real needs of the elderly,integrate the age-appropriate design into the elderly community,mobilize the elderly's active initiative in activities in the site,and improve the practicability of the site.This paper adopts the method of literature review,field research,case analysis and other research methods,through the analysis of thephysiological and psychological characteristics and lifestyle of the elderly,to obtain their daily activities in the community needs;It also analyzes the representative practical cases in China,Japan and the United States,and analyzes the supporting facilities,overall functional planning and landscape design of the elderly care facilities.This paper summarizes the relevant principles and strategies of planning and landscape design for the elderly community.On the basis of this study,the relevant principles and strategies are applied to the planning and landscape design of the elderly community in wanli lanyuan,nanchang city.The planning points,site selection requirements and planning and design elements of the elderly community are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the elderly,functional planning layout and landscape design suitable for aging are proposed.Through reasonable layout of various functional Spaces,visual color system and barrier-free design strategy,an elderly community integrating leisure,rehabilitation,communication and appreciation is created.It is hoped that this article can provide a solution to the pension problem in China,so that the old people can have something to depend on.
