A Study On Adapted Optimization Of Space Design And Implement Countermeasures In Shantytown's Reconstruction

During urbanization enters its second half,the focus of urban planning has shifted from incremental to stock,and urban redevelopment has become the theme of a new stage of urban development.At the same time,under the policy background of expanding the shantytown reconstruction scope,many cities have launched large-scale "contiguous" shantytown reconstruction.Such projects are mostly located in important location of cities,with large spatial scale,diversified interests,comprehensive development issues,and great difficulty in implementation.In the era of "Building a people's city" and "High-quality development",it is necessary to review traditional countermeasures of shantytowns' reconstruction,researching from a more comprehensive perspective.As the two key-links in the shantytown reconstruction process,space design and implementation can work together to better promote the reconstruction process.However,the two often do not adapt to each other and are not coordinated.This paper studies adapted optimization of space design and implementation countermeasures.It is hoped that by clarifying the internal relationship between the two and building a coordinated mechanism.Using adapted optimization methods in examples and proposing countermeasures of space design and implementation to improve the implementation and quality of shantytown reconstruction effectively.The research originated from the subject of "Shantytown reconstruction strategy of Bazhou city",the old town shantytown was selected as the research object,which is the largest and the most urgent to reconstruction.Firstly,analyze the causes behind the appearance problems in the reconstruction of old town shantytown deeply,then,sort out the problems in the research and practical experience in in space design and implementation countermeasures of shantytown reconstruction.After that,the adapted optimization methods of space design and implementation strategy are discussed.clear the basic principles and specific methods of adapted optimization and establish the connection between space design and implementation countermeasures.Aiming at the problem of old city shantytown reconstruction,select the key points of space design and implementation countermeasures,make key points correspond to each other closely to ensure that the countermeasure research is carried out under the idea of adapted optimization.Lastly,the adapted optimization methods are applied in old town shantytown reconstruction,put forward specific space design strategy and implementation countermeasures.The key point of space design is to strengthen the connection between the road network and the property right boundary in order to solve the problem of space fragmentation and dismemberment,In terms of traffic system,structural function,landuse,city space form,public service facilities and landscape,put forward optimization strategies to comprehensively improve the quality of shantytown reconstruction.Implementation countermeasure research is carried out around space design strategy.Base on purpose of overall implementation and control,focus on improving the methods of economic measurement and refinementing the methods of construction sharing to realize the connection with space design.At the same time,propose project management measures to promote the implementation of shantytown reconstruction.According to the characteristics of the shantytown units,form classification strategy guidance,defining planning and implementation units to strengthen overall control.Shantytown reconstruction is a complicated process which involving land,capital,planning,construction and management.Research on two key aspects of space design and implementation countermeasures which is aiming at " facilitating implementation and improving quality ".It is hoped that this article can provide some reference for the research and implementation of shantytown reconstruction in China.
