Research On Lanzhou Shantytown Reconstruction Model Based On "Land-Planning Integration"

The transformation of shanty towns is a major matter related to people’s livelihood and an important issue that can not be ignored in the process of urban construction and development.The transformation of shanty towns can not implement urban planning and make full use of land resources.It will inevitably affect the process and quality of shanty towns’ transformation,bring adverse effects on Urban construction and development,and even cause social instability.The governments and functional departments at all levels have made the transformation of shantytowns a top priority in urban construction and development,and constantly explored new modes of shantytowns transformation.Therefore,this paper takes the transformation of shantytowns in Lanzhou as the research object,reviews the history of the transformation of shantytowns in Lanzhou by literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field investigation and statistical analysis,makes a careful analysis of the difficulties faced by the transformation of shantytowns and the problems existing in the transformation operation,and puts forward the ideas and measures for the transformation of shantytowns based on the "integration of land and regulations".Firstly,the paper briefly elaborates the background of the topic and the significance of the research,summarizes the literature at home and abroad,then defines the related concepts involved in the paper,clarifies the theoretical basis of the study;through the analysis of the process and development status of the shanty towns in Lanzhou,it deeply analyzes the problems and problems encountered in the shanty towns transformation in Lanzhou.The main problems encountered in shantytown reconstruction are:wide distribution,large population density;complex land ownership,diversified ownership of housing;poor living environment,imperfect municipal infrastructure;strong willingness to transform,long transformation cycle.The main problems in shantytown reconstruction operation are: lack of unification of urban planning and land reserve and information sharing;lack of overall planning and integration of planning and land;lack of linkage mechanism of shantytown reconstruction departments;lack of security measures of "integration of regulation and soil".Based on the analysis of the existing research results and successful cases,this paper puts forward the idea of "land-planning integration" for the transformation of Lanzhou shanty towns,takes Lanshi Group’s shanty towns and surrounding land reconstruction as the actual case analysis,and finally puts forward the measures for the transformation of Lanzhou shanty towns based on the idea of "land-planning integration".Finally,the paper summarizes.Based on the idea of "integration of planning and land",the study of shantytown transformation mode provides reference for the future transformation of shantytowns in Lanzhou,thus promoting the sound and rapid development of urban construction in Lanzhou。...
