Study Of "Adapted Use" And Design Optimization In Zhejiang Reservoir Resettlement Community Based On Demand Orientation

In recent years,the immigrants settlement of reservoirs in Zhejiang Province has changed from "farmland-orientated" agricultural resettlement to "people-oriented" new urbanization resettlement.In the immigrants settlement of diversified industries,"production space" becomes an important factor.Traditional spatial pattern has been changed.For another,the empty nesting and aging of reservoir immigrants settlement of reservoirs are serious,and elderly immigrants become the main resettlement population."Elderly-oriented" has become an important principle of immigrants settlement.Field research found that reservoir immigrants spontaneously occurred multi-levels "adapted use".This study describes,summarizes and pursues the phenomenon,and reflects and optimizes the completed resettlement area.Firstly,through literature review,the policy basis,construction requirements,immigrantssettlement principles,"inserted type" immigrants settlement content,space type and layout of Zhejiang immigrants settlement areas are summarized.General overview of the "top-down"planning status of resettlement areas.Based on field research,the "bottom-up" use situation of the immigrants settlement area is investigated and described from the two dimensions of living space and production space.The study further points to "adapted use" between the two dimensions and within the two dimensions.Discriminate,describe and generalize "adapted use" from both planning and architectural levels.The reasons for "adapted use" are complex,such as temporality,spatiality,etc.This study focuses on the direct driving force of the use of the space environment-user demand.Taking the characteristics of reservoir immigration and its needs as the starting point,we explore the internal factors that produce the phenomenon of "adapted use".In view of the internal causes of the phenomenon of "adapted use",this study believes that there are three main reasons for this:the overly rigid upper-level planning,the "rural characteristics" of rural immigrants,and the aging needs of rural immigrants.In turn,the chasing breakdown of the use of various "adapted use" in the resettlement area will be made.Verify the cause system and summarize the internal causes of"adapted use".Based on this,the reason is summarized as three points:first,the "rurality" of immigrants-retaining the original production lifestyle;second,the immigration production methods are diversified,such as business,agriculture,industry,etc;third,the high proportion of elderly immigrants to focus on the elderly-oriented designFinally,based on the previous article,taking the Laohutan community in Daixi town of Huzhou city as an example,the research tries to improve the matching of immigration demand and space use.Establish optimization goals and principles.According to the three major reasons of "adapted use",suggestions for optimization and transformation of resettlement areas are given.
