| Shantytown reconstruction is not only a major livelihood project in China,but also an important means of urban renewal.Shantytown is the product of industrialization in China in the last century.Today,shantytown can no longer meet people's daily needs,and has become an important problem that hinders urban development and needs to be solved urgently.In recent years,the shantytown transformation plan is also in full swing all over the country.Jinan city also started the shantytown transformation task in 2007.In this series of transformation process,many problems are exposed,such as the destruction of urban culture,the separation of the area and the city,and the neglect of the inner needs of the original residents.In this context,through the investigation and Research on the changes of public space in the shantytown transformation,this paper combs the research process of urban renewal theory at home and abroad,based on the theory of organic renewal and other urban renewal theories,combined with the urban development history of Jinan since modern times and the shantytown transformation process of Jinan from2007 to 2020,selects three representative ones of Jinan The typical shantytown reconstruction cases were investigated and searched.The internal planning,spatial elements and spatial functions before and after the transformation are compared and analyzed,and the existing problems before and after the transformation of the area are summarized and evaluated.According to the analysis results of the above three typical cases,the author thinks about the spatial function,spatial form,regional culture and other factors in the cases,and explores the causes and consequences of the problems.In order to better meet the needs of urban residents and promote the progress of urbanization in Jinan City,this paper discusses the design strategy of public space optimization in shantytown transformation which is suitable for the urban development of Jinan City. |
