| The family is the basic unit of society.The family life cycle is a phased cycle of family experience from establishment to disintegration.A living space that meets the needs of family members is the basis for a close relationship between family members.With the passage of time and economic development,traditional residential buildings are not compatible with existing residential needs and cannot meet the changing living needs.At present,there are many problems and shortcomings in the design of traditional residential buildings in China.The paper will classify and study the living needs in the family life cycle according to different stages.It is summarized as a whole,that is to say,the design based on the family life cycle to adapt to the aging is not only suitable for the elderly,but also for other ages.Considering the needs of the occupants more comprehensively,it also guarantees the sustainable development of the traditional residential building space,which is a practical research direction.Firstly,it analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional residential building space at the present stage,and at the same time,in order to fully meet the design appeals of different angles of the elderly,it conducts in-depth analysis and research on its residential elements.On this basis,the main points of the aging update design of the living space of the elderly are proposed to improve the safety and comfort of the elderly.Secondly,based on the analysis of the excellent transformation of traditional residential buildings,the two design principles of “humanization and adaptability” and the three design strategies of “split,integrated and placed” are summarized and summarized.And the system adaptation of the three suitable aging update design strategies and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages are systematically summarized,in order to select the application of the more appropriate update strategy in the aging update of traditional residential buildings.Finally,the residential demand is functionalized,and the design principles and design strategies for the aging and renewal of traditional residential buildings are applied to different stages of a family’s life cycle.The living needs are compared with the living space,and the traditions of different family life cycle stages are analyzed and summarized.The main points of the aging design update of the residential building.In order to adapt to the ever-changing living needs and social environment,and hope to make a certain contribution to improve the quality of life in traditional residential buildings in China. |
