The World Health Organization(WHO)defines the proportion of people over the age of 60 to more than 10% of the total population,or more than 7% of the countries or regions with a population of 65 years and over is defined as an aging society, and the population aged 65 and over exceeds 14%.For the aging society, the proportion of people aged 65 and over with more than 20% can be called “super-age society”.By the end of 2017,China's population aged 65 and over accounted for 11.4% of the total population.China is only one step away from the “aging society”,and many cities such as Sichuan have already entered the aging society. This shows that China is moving towards a “super-age society” at a rapid pace.In order to cope with the problem of aging,China put forward a new model of “9073”(Beijing area is “9064”)for the aged care service structure, that is,90% of the elderly are supported by social services and support the elderly through family care. This method is also called“home-based care for the elderly”.Therefore,home-based care is the main form of old-age care in China.Compared with the current aging state of China,China has presented a situation in which the labor force is not rich, and the young and middle-aged labor force is insufficient. The shortage of young and middle-aged labor and the increase in the number of elderly people may affect China's economic development and intensify the situation of the old and the old. There are many new housing in China. However, the rapid development of real estate has not brought high-quality housing. The neglect of the design of suitable aging housing has made the elderly's home care situation very embarrassing. The main part of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is mainly the introduction part, which mainly explains the social status quo that China's aging is likely to enter the “super ageing” and the efforts made at home and abroad to cope with the aging society.Explain the meaning of the topic.Starting from the second chapter, the paper discusses the papers in detail, and uses the literature research method to analyze the living patterns in the background of super-aged society.Firstly, the comparison method is used to summarize the old-age ways suitable for China's national conditions, and then, combined with the physical and psychological aspects of the elderly. As well as ergonomics, based on the "full life cycle of residential life" theory, the author summarizes the living patterns of the elderly adapted to China's national conditions. The third chapter mainly continues the conclusions of the second chapter, and discusses the advantages and policies of the existing housing to adapt to the super-aged social problems and feasible countermeasures, and to transform the existing houses to cope with the upcoming super-aging.Make an analysis. The fourth chapter begins to discuss the main points that need attention in practice, mainly introduces the main content of the aging design of existing houses. The fifth chapter further discusses the necessity of transforming existing houses through actual cases. The sixth chapter mainly discusses how to transform the actual space. From the non-physical transformation of air and sunlight to the transformation of residential structure and the design of soft furnishings, the design method of adapting existing houses to home care is elaborated. As far as the full text is concerned,it is concluded that the transformation of China's existing residential and existing housing is suitable for the economy and is in line with the psychology of the elderly. It is an effective way to deal with China's upcoming super-aging society.
