China’s EPC general contracting is still in the initial stage of development.Material management,as an important branch of EPC general contracting management,accounts for60% of the total project cost.The supply material is the main material management mode of EPC general contracting.At present,there are few researches on the supply material management of EPC general contracting.Literature research has been biased towards theoretical research and involves only part of the material management links.Few documents have been thoroughly studied on the basis of actual cases in the supply material management of EPC general contracting.China’s laws and regulations on EPC general contracting are not yet sound,and a complete set of EPC general contracting social framework system has not been established to cover all branches of management.In the market,there is a lack of actual cases experience on the supply material management of EPC general contracting with strong applicability,and there has not been a set of effective management thoughts and management methods,Which makes the masses fall into the wrong perception that EPC general contracting is an empty "purse organization",which makes the general contracting managers confused about how to manage.Based on this background,this thesis,relying on the case of Guilong Project,studies and analyses the problems existing in the supply material management of EPC general contracting,refines management experience,and constructs a management evaluation system with strong applicability.This thesis first expounds the relevant theories of EPC general contracting,the supply material management and zero inventory,then introduces the current situation of supply material management in Guilong project.Starting from the case analysis in the actual management process of Guilong project,it summarizes the problems existing in purchasing management,planning management,supply management and management system,and applying the analytic hierarchy process and the analytic hierarchy process solving multiple linear regression equation to build management evaluation system,which includes two parts:management evaluation table and management evaluation formula.The characteristics and application scope of the two parts are compared and analyzed,and the rationality and applicability of the management evaluation system are demonstrated by examples.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the case analysis of Guilong project,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.Because the general contractor is not the first-line construction party,the inventory management is not suitable for the general contractor’s material management mode.based on the experience of Guilong project,this thesis proposes a new definition of "zero inventory" material management mode with superiority.It studies the management ideas and management means applicable to this kind of supply material management of EPC general contracting,and complements and improves the material management of EPC general contracting system.Based on this,it provides a theoretical and practical basis for the comprehensive and in-depth study of supply material management of EPC general contracting,and plays a positive role in accumulating EPC general contracting material management experience,promoting the development of EPC general contracting management,and improving supply material management of EPC general contracting management system. |
