Inventory management is an indispensable part of enterprise management,which has a great impact on the cost management and Production Operation Control of small and medium-sized enterprises.Inventory can adjust the differences between various links,but also in the procurement,production and sales links between the bridge,so that enterprises run smoothly,to achieve the goal of maximizing efficiency.Therefore,optimizing inventory management becomes one of the effective ways to reduce enterprise cost.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign interscholastic on inventory management,this paper makes a systematic study on the classification management mode and inventory management strategy of electric power materials,this paper also discusses the classified management mode of electric power materials,sets reasonable warehouse management strategy according to different types of materials,and combines the actual inventory of x power supply company,the research on the classification of representative materials and the application of inventory management strategy in x power supply company are carried out,and the safety inventory model is set up to support the theory and method of inventory management.The main elements and results are as follows:1)Characteristics of the power supplies industry,from the purchasing dimension,cost dimension,standard dimension,emergency four dimensions such as power supplies important parameters,build the material classification evaluation index system,and overall consider the subjective weight method and objective weight method,based on the moment of estimation theory to determine the comprehensive weight,build the power supplies classification model,and according to the actual case,select representative materials for the classification application.2)Based on the results of the classification model,different types of material inventory management strategies are designed.Dynamic inventory management strategies can be adopted for Class A and Class B power materials,in which they can be controlled(s,S),high cost,low liquidity and demand volatility can be used(s,Q);for Class B materials,(s,S),(s,Q)or(t,S);VMI and JIT to form the power material inventory control system for Class C materials.3)Based on the dynamic inventory management strategy,the continuity check(s,Q)and periodic check(t,S)strategies are selected to construct the inventory cost control model and solve it with the particle swarm optimization algorithm.The influence of different cost factors on the optimal decision variables and the total cost of inventory is discussed.The results show that under the two strategies,the influencing factors of the optimal decision variables are quite different,among which different cost factors have a greater impact on the optimal fixed order quantity and a relatively small impact on the maximum inventory.According to the actual case data,the representative materials are selected,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the decision variables under the two strategies,and the optimal management strategy is put forward,so as to provide strong theoretical support for the further optimization of inventory management.The results of the study can provide theoretical support for the classification and management of inventory materials.The research enriches the related theory,has the strong application value,at the same time has the important reference and the instruction significance to the other power supply company material classification and the inventory management work.
