Research And Design Of General Aviation Air Material Inventory Management System

In recent years, there is rapid expansion in general aviation, but the management level is relatively lower. Especially, the traditional and low effective method is still used in air material inventory management, so it has a strong practical significance to study the enterprise supply chain used in general aviation material inventory management.First, the development status of Chinese general aviation and aviation material management is described. The domestic and international researches about supply chain management and inventory management are discussed. The development contexts of inventory management and the inventory management under the theory of supply chain management model are summarized. Based on the characteristics of Chinese general aviation industry and the weaknesses of a Flight School's aviation material management, it is proposed to establish enterprise supply chain management strategies. Second, research tasks can be divided into air material information management, inventory planning strategy and inventory partner's evaluation for the implementation of established policy. The quantitative mathematical models and specific datum are used to analyse its validity. Third, the Access database is used to establish aviation material management system. The Delphi,which is a software design tools,is used to implement mathematical models and algorithms, demonstrate the effectiveness of the models. Finally, The general aviation air material inventory management system can be designed to contain four modules which are air material information management, inventory planning strategy, partner management and user management. The air material management can be more scientifically improved which consists of planning, procurement, inventory management and management system maintenance.Through the above measures, inventory management system which is based on supply chain theory will accord with Chinese general aviation material inventory management features and informationize inventory management, so as to improve management efficiency and the rate of air material supplying, reduce inventory costs and the total supply chain operation costs.
