In recent years,the general contracting mode has already been strongly carried out in the field of engineering construction.Compared with the traditional model of the parallel contract,the project general contracting model has a great advantage in minimizing engineering cost and construction period and ensuring the quality of the project.However,there exits some key problems in the implementation of the general contracting mode in our country,such as imperfection of relevant laws and regulations,the poorly carrying out the general contracting of the project in the construction units,the lack of practical engineering of general contracting,the mismatch between the current management system and the requirements of the general contracting of the project and so on.Therefore,it has a great significance to study the general contracting management in summarizing the successful experience and improving the method of the general contracting management,upgrading the management ability of the relevant parties in the general contracting,and promoting the popularization and application of the general contracting mode of the project.Using the comparative analysis method,case analysis method and other research methods,combined with the actual situation of the S outer ring road project,this paper analyzes the S outer ring road project workers from four aspects:the imperfect related policies of the general contract of the project,the unclear thinking of the owner of the project management,the adjustment of the project management mode of the Z company and the difficulty of the integrated management of the construction of the S.Difficulties and challenges faced by Cheng Cheng contract management,and put forward the basic ideas to deal with difficulties and challenges.Through analysis and research,the management countermeasures of S outer ring road project such as communication management,organization and management,system construction and performance evaluation management are put forward.According to the actual situation of the S outer ring road project,through the analysis and research,it puts forward the management countermeasures of the organization management,the system construction,the performance appraisal management,the communication management and the process management of the S outer ring road project.According to the general contract management of Z company,it is proposed that the general contractor Department of the company headquarters is set up by the company headquarters and the external market is simulated by the internal bidding method.It is directly oriented to the three level company to choose the main body of the construction main body,the interview assessment for the key post staff,the design unit and the material and equipment supply unit into the performance appraisal.System and other innovation measures.It provides a reference for Z headquarters to implement general contracting management for large construction projects.The last part of the thesis provides some suggestions for promoting the general contracting mode in the domestic market of infrastructure construction.
