With the increasing market share of China’s international engineering contracting enterprises in the international market,the competition in the international engineering contracting market environment is becoming increasingly fierce,and the economic benefits of the engineering projects are constantly decreasing.In such a fierce market environment,how China’s international engineering contractors face more professional international owners has become a very critical job.In the pre-project bidding stage and the contract claims stage,the contract has become an important language for contractors,therefore,for enterprises,it is very important to provide contract management level for international general contracting projects.AP Company is a company with international general contracting as its core business,its business field covers housing construction,infrastructure construction,industrial construction,design and survey and other engineering construction contracting professional fields,its business scope covers more than 10 countries in Africa,Asia and the Americas.In order to standardize the contract management level of the company’s international general contracting projects,reasonably handle the occurrence of contract modification claims,ensure the smooth implementation of international general contracting projects,to maximize the interests of enterprises,it is necessary to develop perfect contract management countermeasures to solve the problems of contract management,in order to improve the level of contract management of enterprises international general contracting projects.This thesis analyzes the current situation of international general contracting project contract management of AP Company,analyze the existing problems in the contract management of the international general contracting project of AP Company,it is found that there are too many contract disputes,frequent contract changes and the inability to effectively obtain contract claims in the general contract management of international engineering projects of AP Company,it is necessary to work out solutions and Suggestions for the problems existing in the contract management of the general contract of international engineering of AP Company,through the analysis of the causes of the problems in the management of the international general contracting project of AP company,to formulate the contract management countermeasures of AP Company’s international project general contracting project,including optimizing the organizational structure and responsibilities of contract management,improving the management of contract signing,standardizing the management of contract performance stage,and strengthening the management of contract information archiving,in order to help AP Company improve the level of contract management of international general contracting projects.
