As a kind of urban rail transportation mode,the metro has won a good reputation among the people of all walks of life due to its large capacity,high efficiency,low energy consumption,safety and reliability.With the improvement and development of social manufacturing technology and maintenance theories,the current maintenance resource allocation of metro vehicles was over-maintained,and maintenance resources were wasted.With the majority of metro vehicles being put into operation online,vehicle maintenance costs had taken up a large portion of the total cost.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring the normal safe and reliable operation of the vehicle,reducing the maintenance cost of the vehicle was of great significance to the long-term development of the metro vehicle.In the article,the maintenance resources in the maintenance process were analyzed and optimized,a human resource optimization model and material resource optimization model were established,and the SFM13 vehicle was taken as an example to calculation and analysis.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)First,A research was made to analyze the various maintenance resources needed for the inspection and maintenance of metro vehicles,fully considering the interaction between each maintenance resource and the interaction law between various influencing factors were fully considered.The five major categories of maintenance environment,inspection and maintenance system,metro vehicle maintenance requirements,human resources,and material resources in the resource system were simply analyzed,and that’s the conclusion that the key to optimal resource allocation was the allocation of human resources and material resources.(2)Then,the research of the “full-effect repair” human resources allocation status of the Nanjing Metro was made,and combined with the specific conditions of the Beijing Metro,the “full-effect repair” human resources optimization allocation was carried out for the monthly inspection of the Beijing Metro SFM13 vehicle,genetic algorithm was use to solve this model,and calculated the optimized maintenance time.(3)Through the investigation of the maintenance materials of the Beijing Metro,the status and problems of the configuration management which includes general materials and special materials are clarified.A general material consumption quota calculation model was established,and a metal component cleaning agent was used as an example for calculation.For special materials,a reasonable redundancy coefficient optimization calculation model based on rough set theory was established,and gear oil was used as an example for calculation analysis.(4)Combined with C# programming language,SQL Server database and MATLAB data analysis software,a maintenance resource optimization configuration system was designed,which can realize functions such as user management,information collection,maintenance human resources,and material resource optimization configuration.(5)The safety,risk and economy of vehicle maintenance effect were taken as the evaluation criteria,a vehicle maintenance effect evaluation index system was constructed,and the weight of the corresponding index was determined in conjunction with the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory was used to analyze maintenance effect. |
