Company A Wind Farm EPC Project Construction Process Of Risk Management Research In EPC Mode

Based on the study of EPC project management mode,this paper expounds the project risk management on the basis of actual cases,and on this basis,controls the overall environment of wind farm projects.At the same time,the combination of project construction and later operation management,systematic analysis and comb.Through different forms of systematic analysis and construction,a more targeted management model will be formed.Based on the study of the basic theories and concepts of risk management and EPC management mode,and the research status and basic theories at home and abroad under different management modes,this paper summarizes the theoretical system suitable for the risk management mode of A company's wind farm project through the study of previous cases and theoretical models.Then,combined with the actual management situation of company A,the analysis and research of the site selection,equipment procurement,economic environment analysis and other factors of the wind farm construction,the risk control in the wind farm construction project is systematically studied.Combined with the characteristics of the whole life cycle in EPC project management,considering the integrity of the project and systematically coordinating various factors involved in the project,a strong management system is thus generated.On the one hand,this theoretical research can improve the theoretical basis of risk control in project management;on the other hand,through the overall management and planning of this project,the internal management system of A company can be improved.
