A Study On The Hierarchical Management And Control Mode Of Safety Production Risk In XX Bus Manufacturing Industry

The automation and informatization level of the most bus manufacturing enterprises is very high now.The part originally belonging to manual work has been greatly replaced by machines,but machines can not replace all the work of people.Every work still needs the participation of people.The accident risk brought by human-computer interaction is at a high level.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety production risk management and control system of bus manufacturing enterprises and establish a set of risk management and control mode in line with the production and laws of bus manufacturing enterprises,so as to improve the scientific and effective safety management of bus manufacturing enterprises.First of all,in order to improve the risk management and control ability of bus manufacturing enterprises,realize the forward movement of accident prevention and control,reduce or even avoid the occurrence of risk events,so that the risk can be reasonably controlled,on the basis of RBS theory,the risk management and control system is comprehensively constructed.The establishment of a comprehensive risk management and control system helps to grasp the work of risk management and control from a macro perspective,which is the premise and basis for the study and establishment of the management and control operation mode.Secondly,the industrial chain involved in the production of bus manufacturing enterprises is very lengthy and complex,the production scale is very large,and the production process is relatively complex.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness,scientificity and accuracy of the risk identification and analysis of bus manufacturing enterprises,and avoid the cross,repetition and omission during the risk identification,a three-dimensional risk identification model of bus manufacturing enterprises is constructed.Based on the subsystem of each professional section of bus manufacturing enterprise,the identification mode of "point,surface and body" is established.The identification is carried out from three risk control objects,i.e.equipment and facilities,personnel post and working environment,ensuring the comprehensiveness and accuracy of risk identification.When carrying out safety evaluation,it is necessary to first identify the object of safety evaluation,and then select the appropriate object for evaluation The characteristic safety evaluation method,using the corresponding mathematical model,is evaluated according to the safety production demand and the actual situation of the bus manufacturing enterprise.Therefore,in order to ensure the objective and fair grading of the three types of risk control objects,the risk matrix method is selected for the risks of equipment and facilities and the risks of working environment,and the FPC risk evaluation method suitable for the risks of personnel posts is selected;the risk types of bus manufacturing enterprises are diverse and there are many control measures,so as to enhance the pertinence of risk control measures and improve risk control In this paper,a principle of control measures formulation,five kinds of control strategies,a theory of safety 3E countermeasures and a principle(hierarchical precise control principle)are proposed.Then,the operation mode of risk management and control in bus manufacturing enterprises is established to ensure the scientificity,effectiveness and efficiency of safety management.Finally,XX bus manufacturing enterprise is taken as an example to verify the applicability of RBS theory in safety production risk management and control mode of bus manufacturing enterprise.The results show that the risk identification of the model is comprehensive and the evaluation is objective,which plays a good guiding role in the risk management and control of bus manufacturing enterprises.
