From the State Council on promoting the sustainable the sustainable development of the construction of opinion ",to the ministry,the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued "on the" instructional advice on promoting the development of the whole process of engineering consulting services,countries have introduced a dozen files about the whole process of engineering consulting,part of the pilot provinces also issued relevant documents,to the whole process of engineering consulting work to a climax.Many management factors are closely related to the whole process of engineering consulting,and multiple participants should work together to establish a stable and good cooperative relationship during the project implementation.At present,participants pay more attention to their own development,have less communication and cooperation with other participants,and are unwilling to share information.There is not a complete and unified construction plan,and messages are often wrong or delayed.Therefore,the whole process of project consultation is inefficient and does not give full play to its practical utility.Therefore,from the perspective of reality,relevant government departments have applied advanced and efficient BIM technology to promote management informatization in the process of project management.Each link of the whole-process engineering consulting project is closely related to this technology.Based on this technology,a scientific and efficient database is constructed.This 3d model can help similar enterprises in the construction industry to communicate and share information with each other.By using this model,enterprises can reasonably and efficiently manage the entire life cycle of buildings.The application time of BIM technology in whole-process engineering consulting is short and the scope is not wide,which leads to many problems in the application of BIM technology in whole-process engineering consulting.This phenomenon,the author of this paper,first using the method of questionnaire survey on the application of BIM technology in the whole process of engineering consulting problems arising from the extensive research,with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to grade two influence factors,using professional software to calculate the importance degree of factors influencing the importance sort after,find out the BIM technology in the whole process of the key problems in application of engineering consulting,after in-depth analysis was carried out on the key issues,and to explore the application of BIM technology in the whole process of engineering consulting problems in countermeasures and Suggestions.Finally,the application of BIM technology in the whole process of engineering consulting is explained by practical cases.
