Research On Cost Management Of A Water Conservancy Project In Design Stage

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the water conservancy industry has also entered a period of rapid development.The state has increased its investment in water conservancy projects,and the cost management of water conservancy projects is an important part of water conservancy projects.The design stage is the key stage of the project cost management.Therefore,strengthening the cost management in the design stage of the water conservancy project is helpful to promote the rational allocation of the investment in the water conservancy industry.The paper first combs the related literature,summarizes the common problems and solutions of cost management in the design phase of water conservancy projects,and then takes A water conservancy project as an example,collates and analyzes the review opinions and the minutes of the expert meeting related to the cost work in the design stage of the project,sums up the problems arising in the design phase of the A water conservancy project from the point of view of the design institute,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Compared with the common problems of cost management in the design stage of water conservancy project,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the cost management in the design institute,in order to provide reference and reference for the future work.
