Research On Cost Management Of Zigong Xiaojinggou Water Conservancy Project Based On Maturity Evaluation Model

The maturity evaluation model is a research hotspot in the field of current project management,However,little research has been done on the maturity of cost management,much less on the application of water conservancy construction projects.Water conservancy construction projects,as an important national infrastructure,has received strong support from the government in terms of policy and funds.However,how to ensure the rational use of stateowned funds by raising the cost management level during the construction process is a difficulty.Among them,the owner has a dominant position in the management of water conservancy projects,and the level of its cost management level is directly related to whether the project’s investment goals can be achieved.This article takes the owner’s water conservancy construction project cost management maturity as the research object,and on the basis of fully absorbing the relevant theoretical research results of the cost management and project management maturity,conscientiously summarizes the core theory of the construction of the water conservancy project cost maturity,combined with the water conservancy construction problem analysis and summary of main points of project cost management,constructed the owner’s water conservancy construction project cost management maturity model and determined the index weight determination and evaluation method.Finally,it is applied to Zigong Xiaojinggou water conservancy project to build and evaluate the model and put forward the improvement path and suggestions to ensure the realization of investment objectives and the rational use of state-owned funds.This paper builds a model for evaluating the cost management maturity of water conservancy construction projects.By evaluating the model,we can find the weak links in the process and put forward suggestions for improvement.Through continuous improvement and evaluation cycle,the cost management level can be improved.It provides a scientific evaluation method and tool for owners to evaluate the cost management level of water conservancy construction projects,which is of great significance to realize the investment objectives of water conservancy construction projects and promote the improvement of cost management level.
