A Study On Whole Process Cost Management Of B Water Conservancy Project

For the past few years,the water conservancy project investment increasing,how to reasonable and effective control of water conservancy construction is the most important of the whole process cost.In this paper,the research background and significance of the whole process cost management of water conservancy projects are introduced,learning related literature at home and abroad.This paper introduces the concept of whole process cost management and points of view,through the analysis of water conservancy construction project whole process cost management in our country at present some problems in the practical work.Exploring reasonable and effective cost control countermeasures.Based on the literatures and finishing of water conservancy project cost management,to master a lot of related data and information,with B process to build water conservancy project.Through a series of problems existing in the cost management of water conservancy projects in the past,the cost investment of B water conservancy projects is analyzed and optimized in the process of decision-making,design,bidding,construction and settlement.First this research analyzes the whole process of water conservancy project cost management concept,mode,process and the status quo,has been clear about the meaning of the whole process cost management of water conservancy projects as well as the rest of the world and our country cost management mode,find out the cost of government investment cost control.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of the whole process cost management of water conservancy projects in China and the problems existing in the decision-making period,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and settlement stage.Then it analyzes the optimization methods of cost management control in each stage by using national economic evaluation,0-1 scoring method,value engineering method,comprehensive evaluation method,earned value method,ABC classification method,fishbone diagram method,etc,Finally,the optimization of the whole process cost management is guaranteed from the perspective of establishing the compliance mechanism of the whole process cost management of water conservancy projects and improving the cost guarantee mechanism,and then a series of practical problems solved by the optimization of the whole process cost management of water conservancy projects are displayed.Through the whole process cost management research,solve the water conservancy project cost cost control program for years hard times,the problems such as nonstandard,Improve the level of cost management work,make the project investment more reasonable,so as to provide reference for relevant government investment of water conservancy project in the future.
