Corporate culture is the core component of an enterprise,an important factor to measure the core competitiveness of an enterprise,and plays a decisive role in the future development prospects and quality of an enterprise.At present,there are four major problems in the construction enterprise culture construction in China: first,how to practice the new development concept and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises;second,how to carry forward the spirit of craftsman and build the brand of "China Construction" so as to promote the new development mode;third,how to build a multi symbiotic enterprise culture in promoting the mixed ownership reform;fourth,how to build a corporate culture in a timely manner To meet the spiritual needs of employees.In 2018,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development published an article on the idea of "one body,two wings,two supports" to build prefabricated buildings,including the contents of building information management model(BIM)information technology,innovative cultural system and mechanism management and promoting the development of corporate culture as "support",further improving the quality brand of prefabricated buildings,and steadily and healthily promoting the development of corporate culture.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the corporate culture construction of Hunan Construction Engineering Group.Hunan Construction Engineering Group is the largest large-scale construction company with the longest history in Hunan Province.It has a history of more than 60 years."First class,transcendence,precision and dedication" is the corporate spirit of Hunan Construction Engineering Group,"integrity,progress and harmony" is the core concept of Hunan Construction Engineering Group,"innovation,transformation and upgrading" is the development concept of the group,"I contribute to the enterprise and do not cause trouble" is the code of conduct of the group.In order to further promote the construction of corporate culture of the group,promote corporate culture to create a good operating environment for the group,make the group into a healthy state,form the values of the group's overall operation,and promote the group's efficient development.This paper mainly uses data collection and empirical research methods.First of all,it expounds the theoretical knowledge of corporate culture construction,and analyzes the characteristics of Hunan Construction Engineering Group in corporate culture construction.This paper introduces thedevelopment history,concept and essence of corporate culture,and expounds the importance of corporate culture to the company.At the same time,it summarizes the current situation of corporate culture research at home and abroad,which provides a strong theoretical support for the follow-up research.In addition,it summarizes the common characteristics of the corporate culture of the construction industry and the current situation of the corporate culture construction of Hunan Construction Engineering Group.Focus on the material level,system level and spiritual level to analyze the lack of Hunan Construction Engineering Group in the process of cultural construction.In combination with BIM building information model technology and corporate culture work,the implementation of corporate culture landing development,"one body,two wings" development mode and the combination of construction culture and brand strategy innovation,this paper puts forward targeted optimization scheme and detailed implementation of corporate culture construction from the three levels of material,institutional and spiritual of the enterprise Step by step,and explore safeguards to ensure the smooth completion of the process.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the construction of corporate culture of the group.After the optimization of corporate culture construction,the corporate culture of the group is expected to be improved to achieve a unified internal staff thinking,improve internal cohesion and productivity,and set a benchmark in the construction industry.
