Along with the rapid development of economic construction, the increasing size of the expansion of infrastructure, construction activities more frequently brought about by rapid economic development in the meantime, construction safety accidents from the negative effects brought about by more and more people's attention. The issue of construction safety in production is nothing new, but the specificity of the production as a result of the construction makes this issue has not been brought under effective control, production safety incident has occurred frequently, not only pose a threat to people's lives, but also damage to state property. Based on the construction safety management theory and using statistics, fuzzy mathematics and other quantitative methods, this paper makes a systematic study on affecting factors of safety management in construction phase of construction project, including the construction of safe production imperfect system of laws and regulations, construction safety supervision mechanism is not sound, construction safety in production is not enough incentive, the production of construction safety education and responsibilities are not fully implemented, awareness is not in place, the foundation is not solid, quality standard to operate non-standard. are not fully implemented, awareness is not in place, the foundation is not solid, quality not up to standard, non-standard operation. Thus improving the safety of the construction phase of our construction management measures carried out in-depth study. Finally, the sky blue paper bridge project as an example Court analyzed.
