Green Construction Evaluation Of General Contraced Projects

In the early 1990 s,with the shortage of resources and the deterioration of the domestic environment,people gradually realized that sustainable development is the development concept that must be valued at the present stage.Green construction is one of the effective means to promote sustainable development in the construction industry.Due to the imperfection of the domestic green construction evaluation system,there are various problems in the actual promotion and implementation process.It is urgent to establish a set of perfect and scientific evaluation index system,which is particularly important for the sustainable development and implementation of green construction.The overall project management advantage of the general contracting mode of construction is conducive to the development and control of the work at all stages of green construction.Based on the evaluation standards of various green building evaluation systems at home and abroad,this paper makes a comparative study and analysis from the four aspects of evaluation object,content,mechanism and method,and constructs a new set of green construction index evaluation model by using grey clustering evaluation method on the basis of consulting a large number of literature analysis and investigating the actual implementation projects.Firstly,the paper focuses on the analysis of the definition,characteristics and domestic implementation status of green construction,and expounds the concept of green construction and the methods and functions of later implementation.Secondly,it introduces the comparison and supplement of evaluation systems and methods at home and abroad,analyzes the similarities and differences between domestic andforeign evaluation systems,points out the shortcomings and improvements of domestic green index system,methods and systems,uses AHP to clarify the weight of each index,and constructs green construction evaluation model based on grey clustering evaluation method.Finally,combined with the objectives,principles,summary and evaluation system established in the process of green construction of China Life Insurance Project,a set of effective evaluation system has been formed,and it has been used in several green construction projects implemented in the enterprise.Through practical analysis of the actual project objectives,the results show that China life insurance project meets the standard of green construction,and its level is in line with the standard of green construction It has reached 3A level,and only energy consercation and energy utilization,land conservation and construction land protection have not reached 3A level.Based on the results of empirical analysis,we can see that the superiority of the evaluation model constructed in this paper,through the implementation of multi angle,multi-level and multi-dimensional scientific evaluation methods,verified the effectiveness and operability of the evaluation system.
