Research On Landscape Quality Management Optimization Of KW Company Y Project

Quality management refers to the identification of quality objectives,objectives and responsibilities,and the full implementation of quality management through quality planning,control,assurance and improvement.On the basis of summarizing the research results of project quality management,this paper starts from the theories of total quality management,PDCA cycle,delicacy management,ISO9000,etc.At the same time,taking Y engineering project of KW company as an example,combining theory with practice,adhering to the logical principle of "finding problems--analyzing problems--scheme improvement--effect feedback",this paper aim at creating a suit of quality optimization management system for KW company.Through a comprehensive analysis of the problems in the first phase of the landscape project of Y project,it found that the quality of the project was poor because of the incomplete quality management system of KW company.Therefore,the company began to construct a quality optimization management system,and applied this system to Y in the second phase of the landscape engineering,which greatly improved its quality.Practice is the only standard for testing the theory.KW's quality optimization management system is continuously applied to the project,which guarantees the quality of the project.Meanwhile,this quality optimization management system is also continuously improved in practice and is constantly being perfected.
