Research On The Quality Management Of Real Estate Projects

As a foundational\guiding and pillar industry in China's national economy, real estate plays a very important role in our national economy. With the rapid development of real estate, the corresponding problem has cropped up, project quality issues stands out in particular, which become one of the hot light for relating to the vital interests of the people. From the aspect of Chinese current overall situation in real estate business, most companies lack of sense of quality\ are short of advanced concepts and methods of systematic project quality management, which resulting in the dilemma of quality management in current real estate project. How to improve the quality management of real estate project is an urgent problem.This paper first analyzes the overall status, including domestic and foreign real estate project quality management, and basic theory like real estate project management, total quality management (TQM). As ISO9000 quality management system is a basic, standardized TQM model a ways and means of TQM implementation and the core of quality management, this paper proposes to establish real estate projects through the implementation of ISO9000 that could promote the project quality management level, furthermore, it has a analyze on how to establish real estate companies through ISO9000 and research on the construction part of the real estate project management. Finally, based on the previous chapters on quality management of real estate projects as well as case study in detail of the quality of construction phase of ZH Garden Project management, a success of project quality management is concluded.In closing remarks, stressed that quality management is a systematic project, the real estate business must be institutional innovation, technological innovation, culture, organizational structure, outsourcing model and other ways to optimize the total quality management safeguards.
