Application Research Of Lean Six Sigma In Real Estate Enterprise Quality Management

With the development of social economy, people's demand for the quality of real estate products is growing. Property buyers pay more attention to focus on house quality more than area. This is the contradiction for the traditional real estate enterprises to achieve the goal of qualified construction standards for quality management system. During the whole construction period, the real estate development enterprise as the leading organization plays a vital role to solve this problem.The real estate enterprise on project quality management ability, directly affect the quality of housing construction. This article is from this point of view, for the current real estate enterprise quality management characteristics and analysis of the status quo, put forward the need to strengthen and improve part, to explore effective solutions.Lean six sigma, as developing and boosting in the manufacturing industry,achieved remarkable results of quality management methods.lt is a kind of quality management system that can help enterprises to establish a customer centered, continuous improvement, constantly optimize the management and control means to reach three point four ppm product defect rate target. Through the research on the quality management situation of the real estate enterprise and the lean six sigma theory, the following ideas are put forward for the improvement of the quality management of real estate enterprises:The real estate enterprise should establish the quality management system which focuses on customers.The real estate enterprise should establish a mechanism to promote quality management on data and facts.The real estate enterprise should establish a continuous improvement and optimization of standardization platform through Lean Six Sigma. On this basis, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility of Lean Six Sigma in the quality management of real estate enterprises.Establishing the three point four ppm product defect rate quality management target system in the real estate enterprises. Secondly, through literature consultion, theoretical analysis and other research methods. Applying the five stages of lean six sigma,including define, measure, analyze, improve and control to the quality management of real estate enterprises.Establishing a real estate enterprise quality management system based on Lean Six Sigma theory. Finally, through the implementation of a real estate enterprise practical application, demonstrates the effect of the lean six sigma in the real estate enterprise quality management.This paper studied the application of lean six sigma in real estate enterprises. The result of this paper, has a certain reference significance and guidance in the real estate enterprise quality management. Real estate enterprise quality management is expected to improve through the lean six sigma method.
