After the reform and opening up,China’s booming construction industry,with the scale enlargement of construction and engineering quality more and more get the attention of society.Engineering in recent years,frequent accidents,caused the wide attention of the whole society,the country will also engineering quality and safety in the development the important position of regulating the construction market.Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy in our country,the national stepped up efforts to macroeconomic regulation and control,by means of administrative and economic means to regulate its development direction;Consumers from the aspects of quality,technology,safety and price on the development of construction industry,the quality and safety is the social universal attention topic,is the relationship between society and people’s life and property safety,construction units should be in a focus on quality,safety,social background,and always adhere to the "safe production,quality first" the guidelines.Construction engineering is a comprehensive,complex and systematic project,which is characterized by fixed,long-term,multi-work cooperation and influencing factors.The quality of construction projects is directly related to the safety of people’s use.Therefore,the quality management and control of construction projects is the management content that the construction engineering enterprises attach great importance to.Project quality management is a series of command,coordination,control,and other activities,with modern management thinking,management,technology,management,project quality management has got remarkable results.But from the historical construction engineering safety accident figures,safety accidents caused by quality problems,quality management cost is high,the many uncontrollable factors,poor management system become a mere formality,the effect is still existing in current engineering project quality management in our country,the more serious problem.Based on the quality management problem of the real estate construction project of Group G in Liaoning Province,this paper researches the quality management system of Group G in detail,analyzes the general situation and problems of the quality management of the project,and gives some solutions to these problems.This study consists of five parts: the first part mainly introduces the background,significance,review and structure of the research.In the second part,it is the theoretical foundation of this study to review and analyze the quality management theory,summarize the definition,characteristics and principles of quality management and the theory of comprehensive quality management;The third part,deeply analyzes the quality management system of Liaoning G Group,including the factors affecting construction quality,construction quality management basis and procedure,construction quality control method,construction quality management system establishment,construction quality management system process,PDCA cycle quality management working procedure,and comprehensively expounds the quality management system of G Group.The fourth part,mainly introduces the relevant content of the G Group real estate construction project,goes deep into the real estate construction project construction practice,analyzes the organizational structure,the quality management goal,the quality management method and the tool,the quality management existing in the real estate construction project,provides the basis for the quality management countermeasure later;In the fifth part,according to the problems of quality management of real estate construction projects analyzed in the previous part,the author puts forward some countermeasures,including optimizing the management and organization functions,perfecting and implementing the quality management system,strengthening the implementation of quality management and control of real estate construction projects,strengthening the quality management and control of the system process of real estate construction projects,strengthening the application of PDCA circular work in the quality management of real estate construction projects,and strengthening the quality supervision and inspection.To strengthen the training of all the company,through this series of measures,the G Group in the project quality management of the fundamental problems,to provide valuable lessons for subsequent projects.At the same time,this research also helps the author to analyze the project quality management practice systematically by using the knowledge,and to strengthen the ability to connect the theory with the practice and guide the practice. |
