| In the 1990 s,performance management came into our country.The domestic theorists carried out a series of research on performance management and made some achievements.However,there are still many problems in the application of performance management in China,which restrict the application of performance management.Based on this,this paper studies the performance management of M company.Influenced by the external environment,M company,which mainly focuses on automobile manufacturing,has developed rapidly in recent years,but the company does not pay attention to performance management,resulting in the company has not formed a performance management system based on the company’s business development,and there are many problems in the application of performance management.With the rapid development of the company and the deterioration of the external environment,performance management has increasingly restricted the development of the company.First of all,on the basis of a comprehensive exposition of relevant theories,this paper gives a detailed description of M company.Secondly,this paper collects the current situation and existing problems of performance management of M company through interviews.After that,further understand the cause of the problem according to the problem analysis.Finally,according to the relevant theory,combined with the actual situation and performance management problems of M company,the performance management system of M company is constructed,the performance management process is optimized,and the application scope of performance management is expanded,so as to provide theoretical reference for M company to solve the existing problems of performance management. |
