| With the passage of time,the rapid development of social economy,China’s economy has also changed dramatically,the economic development of domestic state-owned enterprises is also very rapid,the competition of state-owned enterprises has been banished to the tide of competition in the international market.At the same time,talent has become the competitive weight of various enterprises,and the management of talents within state-owned enterprises has gradually become the most important,and the management of talents has become the focus of attention of every enterprise,and even become a hot issue of the country and society.The performance management that the staff care about becomes more and more important,and the quality of performance management becomes an important factor affecting the development of an enterprise.Therefore,the research on the performance management of state-owned enterprises has become a necessary research topic.Taking the present situation of DLGS company’s performance management as an example,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and so on,combines the existing knowledge of performance management theory and the method of performance management,summarizes and analyzes the results of interviews and questionnaires for all employees of DLGS company,finds out the problems existing in the company’s current performance management,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward reasonable performance optimization schemes.In view of the problems and reasons mentioned in this paper,the following major optimization schemes are put forward: the first management goal setting;The second is to optimize the existing performance appraisal index,the third is the design of the performance management system,and the fourth is to ensure the performance implementation plan.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme to the DLGS company,carries on the practice application in the follow-up work,unceasingly strengthens consummates the existing system,It also enriches the research field of performance management of state-owned enterprises and provides reference for the same type of enterprises. |
