Research On Risk Management Of Steel Structure Workshop Project In Yingshang County,Fuyang

After entering the new century,in order to meet the needs of green,environmental protection,energy conservation and economy,the construction of steel structure workshop projects is in full swing.With the strong support of the national policy,steel structure workshop projects have mushroomed everywhere,in particular,in order to fight the battle against poverty,promote the collective economic development of villages and promote the employment of poor households,the steel structure workshop project represented by the poverty alleviation workshop has developed rapidly,by2019,90 anti-poverty workshops with steel structures had been built in Yingshang County,Fuyang,and efforts have been made to achieve full coverage of anti-poverty workshops in 348 administrative villages throughout the county.The Steel Structure Workshop Project in Yingshang County,Fuyang,is in the ascendant,therefore,it is necessary to study the risk management of Steel Structure Workshop Construction Engineering.This paper starts with the present situation of Steel Structure Engineering Management,and on the basis of in-depth analysis of risk management theory,mainly studies the steel structure workshop project in Yingshang County,Fuyang,to discuss the risk management of steel structure workshop construction engineering.First,the theory of risk management is expounded,and then the present situation and problems of risk management of Steel Structure Workshop Project in Yingshang County are analyzed,including policy risk,financial risk,environmental risk,construction risk and technical risk,etc.,finally,on the basis of my practical experience in building and managing poverty-alleviation workshops in the process of poverty alleviation,and drawing on the advanced experience in risk management of steel structure workshop projects,from the risk transfer,risk avoidance,risk control,risk retention and other four means to deal with the risk in stages,in stages of the above-mentioned risks to put forward the corresponding control measures,further improve the risk management of Steel Structure Workshop Engineering.
