Research On The Design Of Contemporary Party School Campus Planning

The Party school is where the Communist Party of China educates party members and cadres,the construction of campus environment has always been attached great importance by governments at all levels.However,most of the Party school campuses in China have not been able to meet the standards due to the early establishment time and the influence of social economy and culture.As a result,the problems lay in the unreasonable campus planning,imperfect functions,old buildings,poor space quality and old facilities.Therefore,improving of campus environment has become a hot spot in the construction and development of the Party schools.Using the method of literature research,this paper focuses on the contemporary party school campus environment.It mainly studies the historical development of the Party school campus planning.At the same time,the paper casts some light on the contemporary planning characteristics and design methods of the party school campus,these two methods were used in the overall layout,functional zoning,transportation system,space construction,spiritual image and atomosphere.The paper takes the planning of the Party School of Anqing City as the the example.Through comparison and analysis,the main conclusions are as follows: 1.The Party school is different from ordinary colleges and universities in teaching form and teaching object.It is a school that spreads Marxist theory to Chinese Communist Party members.Therefore,the design of the Party school will be affected by its own particularity,which has both solemn party spirit characteristics and campus cultural characteristics.2.The campus planning of the Party school should not be all axis symmetrical layout generally considered by the public,but should be designed with comprehensive consideration of topography,natural environment,campus space,the Party school's own functional needs and spiritual temperament.Their planning form and architectural appearance can be multipleThis paper is divided into four parts:The first part is chapter one,including the background,significance,purpose,method,framework and literature review of the research.The second part is chapter two,looking into the teaching characteristics as well as the planning and design characteristics of the Party School Campus in different periods,and sorts out the development context and characteristic evolution of the planning and design of the Party school campus.The third part consists of chapter three,four and five.On the basis of the research in the second chapter,in the third chapter,the author makes a detailed analysis of the contemporary party school campus planning and design cases,and studies the characteristics of the contemporary party school campus planning through the overall layout,functional zoning,traffic organization and space creation of these cases.The fourth chapter is the induction and theoretical research of the third chapter,which summarizes the characteristics of the contemporary party school campus planning,and studies the contemporary party school campus planning and design methods based on this characteristics.The fifth chapter is the design practice.Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of the Party School of Anqing City as an example,the author introduces the design method and the process of deliberation in detail,as the verification and reflection of the above research results.The fourth part is chapter six,which is a summary and outlook of the future design trend of the Party school campus planning,and providing reference for future research and design.
