Studies On The Spatial Pattern And Design Of Rural Party A Mass Service Center In The New Era

Since 1985,China’s civil affairs departments have gradually strengthened the promotion of community services.After decades of development,urban integrated service centres and rural villagers’ committees have gradually developed into party and group service centres with new concepts at present.Based on the current background of the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalisation strategy in the new era,the Party Group Service Centre,as the primary public building in the countryside,has been given a new mission of the times,and its role in promoting the construction of rural public services is irreplaceable.However,at present,there is almost zero research on the functional spatial pattern and design of rural party group service centres,and there are few norms and construction guidelines for reference,which makes it difficult for designers to grasp the functional configuration,spatial layout,relevant design requirements and specific spatial indicators of party group service centres,and there are also phenomena of low spatial popularity and poor public service benefits in the process of use.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the architectural design of rural party group service centres in the new era.The thesis explains the background,purpose and significance of the study of rural party and group service centres,analyses and summarises the development history and functional positioning of rural party and group service centres,and compares and summarises relevant cases and current construction specifications of rural party and group service centres.The 28 representative rural party group service centres in Hefei were selected for field research and data analysis,summarising the design problems at three levels: functional configuration,general layout and interior space.By summarising the current problems and analysing the influencing factors,three functional configuration modes of party group service centres suitable for rural development in the new era are proposed and a table of suggested functional elements is summarised,site layout mode,functional zoning mode,spatial organisation mode and dynamic line organisation mode are proposed,and finally the design strategies for the interior space mode of rural party group service centres are proposed,which are the juxtaposition of multiple spatial forms,the colour decoration The design strategies for the interior space of the rural party service centre are: the juxtaposition of spatial forms,the richness of colour and decoration,the variety of spatial interfaces and public participation in spatial design.The design of the village party service centre is of certain guidance and reference significance for the future design of village party service centres.
