Research On The Post-use Evaluation Of The Conference Center Of Party Schools In Southern Area

With the deepening of the reform of contemporary party school education mode,how to better carry forward and inherit the red culture and cultivate the comprehensive ability of party members and cadres has become an important task of party school education.Party school education attaches great importance to the exchanges and interactions between students.As an important place for party spirit education,the party school conference center will face a higher level of space and environmental needs.Under this new historical condition,there is a gap between the situation reflected in the existing party school conference center and the current party school’s spatial needs for multiple activities.Traditional design techniques,single functional layout and graphical spatial organization not only make it difficult to motivate teachers and students to stay and carry out activities,but also bring about the separation of architectural space and the party school environment and waste of space resources.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct targeted and systematic research on the Party School Conference Center.Based on the above background,the author selects more representative party schools in the south to conduct field surveys and interviews.With the help of post-use evaluation technology,starting from the behavior habits and needs of users,the author conducts qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on the built environment,trying to find The problems existing in the current construction and the reasons are analyzed,and optimization strategies are proposed for the corresponding problems,and they are applied to actual engineering cases.This research is roughly divided into the following parts.In the first part,the introduction explains the research background of the thesis and the interpretation of related concepts,clarifies the current research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content and research framework of this article.The second part,starting from the difference in the educational environment of the party school,analyzes the historical development of the party school conference center,analyzes the difference between the party school in training objects and teaching methods and ordinary universities,and summarizes the planning layout of the party school conference center And functional composition.The third part is a pilot study of post-use evaluation.Based on the above background,five domestic party school conference centers were selected for field research.Use questionnaire surveys and interviews to explore the characteristics of the user’s behavior patterns and user needs in the conference center,and then clarify the evaluation scope and evaluation elements,and build a scientific system of evaluation logic.The fourth part is the satisfaction evaluation of the conference center.Focus on users’ overall perception of the building environment of the conference center.Through quantitative research and analysis,explore the explicit and invisible needs of users.Through statistical analysis of the evaluation results,discover the problems in the current construction and analyze the reasons for them.Propose appropriate optimization design guidelines for corresponding problems and apply them to actual engineering cases.This thesis hopes that through the study of the party school conference center,starting from the needs of the users,appropriate optimization strategies are proposed to promote the exchange of party school conference culture and enhance the vitality of the party school conference space,thereby creating a positive effect on the spread of party school culture and the exchange of party school students It also hopes to play a certain role in the construction of the conference center of the party school in the future.
