| With the intensification of the aging situation,my country has vigorously promoted the pension model with home as the main body,community as the support,and institution as the supplement.In this context,community elderly care has become the main theme of the current elderly care model,which can maximize the satisfaction of the elderly while enjoying professional community care services while providing care at home.Community day care centers for the elderly are the most important part of community elderly care service facilities.Whether its service content and space allocation is scientific and reasonable is related to the development of community elderly care models and the construction of urban elderly care systems.This study took Gaoshui area of ??Mianyang City as an example to study the balance of supply and demand between the elderly and the community’s day care centers for the elderly.The details are as follows:First,through the information provided by the government’s official website and the sub-district administrative department,combined with on-site interviews with community seniors day care center managers and community residents,analysis and analysis of the current construction status of 9 community senior day care centers in the study area,It was found that there were "uneven spatial distribution,insufficient quantity,substandard per capita building area,single service content,lack of professional service technology," and other problems.Second,use the tableau2018.3 software to analyze and summarize the basic information,health status,purpose and willingness of using elderly care facilities,and travel characteristics of 296 elderly people collected by the questionnaire survey.The results showed that 61.15% of the elderly did not know or did not know the community day care center for the elderly.After explaining its nature and service functions to the elderly,75.68%of the elderly indicated that they are very willing or likely to use the community day care center for the elderly in the future.Only 4% of the elderly in the survey are using the community day care center for the elderly,and 75% of them use it five times a week or more.Third,the service content of the day care center is divided into two categories: basic services and suitable services,totaling 30 categories.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,through the construction of the Kano model,the level of needs of the elderly for the various service contents of the community elderly day care center is obtained.It is proposed that it can set 8 necessary service contents,6 regular service contents,and 3 attractive service contents when configuring service contents.Among them,spiritual culture,leisure and entertainment services are the services most needed by the elderly.Fourth,through the Kano model analysis method,analyze the use distance and the demand level of the seven types of community public service facilities on the location of the community’s day care center for the elderly,and analyze the importance coefficients of the seven types of facilities for their location selection.The weights of various facilities are obtained by one process,in order: parks/squares>bus stations>medical facilities>community business>sports facilities>cultural and recreational facilities>basic education facilities.Fifth,take the central point of each community as the demand point.Through the network analysis method,the location configuration model is based on the three models of minimized facilities,minimized impedance,and maximum coverage with capacity limitations to optimize the space of community day care centers for the elderly.It is proposed that under the model based on the minimized resistance group,the optimized model calculated based on the service radius of 666 meters can serve 95.45% of demand points,with the smallest overall cost,and the average walking distance of the elderly is 352 meters,which is the most ideal for the study area.The site selection plan of the community day care center for the elderly. |
