Factors On Green Behavior Diffusion Of Contractors

The rapid development of the construction industry has promoted the long-term sustained and stable growth of the national economy.However,the extensive development of the construction industry for a long time has brought many problems.People's requirements for the improvement of the quality of living environment and the development of economic transformation have put forward requirements for the transformation and development of the construction industry.The emergence of green ideas has pointed out the direction for the future development of the construction industry.In the contractor's construction process,adopting more behaviors that contain green ideas can reduce the pressure of public opinion and regulation brought during the construction process.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to promote the green behavior diffusion of contractors,establish a model of green behavior diffusion of contractors,and study the impact of different paths on the green behavior diffusion and the impact of impact paths.This article focuses on contractors.First,through literature research,analyze and summarize the existing research results,and analyze the factors affecting the spread of corporate behavior.Next,based on the actual situation of the construction industry,according to the behavioral status of the contractor,it is divided into three categories: potential adopters,adopters,and companies that have abandoned green behavior.Established SIR model of green behavior diffusion for contractors based on the ideas of the SIR model.According to the final simulation results,the two paths of adoption rate and response rate have a positive effect on diffusion,and the other three paths have a negative effect on diffusion.Related measures have been proposed to promote the green behavior of contractors.The results also prove that in the process of dispersal,companies that abandon green behaviors have affected the proliferation of green behaviors by affecting the conversion of potential adopters.This paper studies the green behavior diffusion of contractors by establishing an SIR model,and introduces references to the SIR model into the construction field,which enriches its application scope.At the same time,the impact of each path on diffusion was proved,and the main influencing factors of each path were obtained,which provided a reference for promoting the spread of green behavior of contractors.
