| The development of green buildings has become the mainstream direction in the construction field both domestically and internationally.China is committed to the overall goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,environmental protection,and enhancing the sustainable development capacity of the economy and society.By making the development of green buildings an important component of the economy and society,it helps to achieve a good situation where society,economy,and ecology are interdependent and mutually reinforcing.However,the uneven regional development has affected the overall promotion of coordination and unity throughout the country,Taking Jilin Province as an example,the development of green buildings in Jilin Province has been influenced by many factors such as social economy,policies and regulations,market environment,advanced green building technology,etc.The total area of green buildings and the number of projects with evaluation marks have been at the level of middle and lower reaches in China for many years,and the development speed is relatively slow.In order to promote the development of green buildings in Jilin Province,this article reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literature and based on the frequency of influencing factors,combined with the current situation of green building development in Jilin Province and distributed a questionnaire survey to collect data,preliminarily identified 28 factors that affect the development of green buildings in Jilin Province.Then,using expert consultation method,25 main factors that affect the development of green buildings in Jilin Province were identified,Using SPSS 20.0 software,factor analysis was conducted on the main 25 influencing factors,ultimately extracting five common factors: government function factor,green building technology factor,economic factor,project management factor,and market environment factor.Then,an indicator system for influencing factors was established,and system boundaries were delineated based on system dynamics theory.Representative variables were selected from the five common factors classified,Based on the interaction relationship between influencing factors,a dynamic simulation model is established using Vensim PLE software,and the causal feedback relationships between the main 25 influencing factors are analyzed to observe the dynamic behavior and trends of green building development in Jilin Province under various policy backgrounds;Finally,different policy parameter coefficients were set to adjust and test the sensitivity of each policy to enterprise development willingness,green building market supply,green building market demand,economic effects,and green building quality performance level.The final research conclusion is that government financial policy support,government administrative approval support,government planning policy support,and government technical policy support have a positive promoting effect on the development of green buildings;Finally,based on the policy simulation results,propose countermeasures and suggestions for the development of green buildings in Jilin Province. |
