To further promote the BIM technology in the domestic construction industry,starting from improving the operating conditions of the construction general contractor,comparing and analyzing three kinds of BIM implementation modes driven by the owner,the supervisor and the construction general contractor,and the conclusion is drawn that the BIM implementation mode driven by construction general contractor is more motivated and has more potential.Followed by two different types of BIM application point specific analysis of the corresponding BIM implementation framework and processes,and then from the total package status and management changes,improving the general contractor’s operating conditions,promoting the use of IPD model,optimizing the construction supply chain in four aspects and actual projects specifically analyzed the effect of the implementation of the model.To further confirm the broad prospects for practicing this model,it quantitatively analyzes the economic benefit evaluation problems faced by the construction contractor in the process of applying BIM technology.Firstly,it is necessary to establish an economic efficiency evaluation index system,including input index and output index.Secondly,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of each evaluation index,including the steps of establishing a hierarchical structure model,constructing a comparison matrix,and consistency testing.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of economic benefits was carried out,and the case study of economic benefits was conducted in combination with guangzhou chow tai fook financial center project.This chapter expounds the advantages of practicing the mode from the perspective of input and output,hoping to further strengthen the recognition of the BIM technology application mode dominated by the construction contractor,so as to better promote the diffusion and application of BIM technology in China’s engineering construction industry.To further promote the in-depth implementation of this model,the technical and management obstacles,as well as the corresponding solutions in the process of the implementation of the model are analyzed objectively,especially from the perspective of psychological capital of consciousness and attitude,and this paper discusses the resistance of construction workers to the change of BIM technology.Through the differential analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the questionnaire scale,it is verified that the group psychological capital of the contractor construction workers is conducive to reducing the hypothesis of BIM technology change resistance tendency,and the corresponding group psychological capital development measures are proposed,and in order to better promote the development of the BIM implementation model driven by the construction contractor.In summary,it is hoped that through the research and analysis in this paper,the BIM implementation mode driven by the construction contractor unit can be widely noticed in the industry,especially the approval of the construction contractor unit,so as to make a contribution to the popularization and application of BIM technology in the domestic engineering construction industry.
