| ABSTRACT:The pace of modernization of railway equipment accelerates, the technological content significantly improves, the frequency of the construction increases, train density increases, all this makes the transportation environment has become more complex. In the heavy task, pressure, much more difficult circumstances, EMU mechanic safety management work is facing new challenges. Therefore, the research of EMU mechanic unsafe behavior influencing factors and its path is of great importance and urgency, it has great practical significance to guarantee EMU safe operation and the development of high-speed railway.First of all, research is based on the theory of unsafe behavior, combining firsthand mechanic interviews and actual railway situation, proposing EMU mechanic unsafe behavior factors:individual factor, environmental factor, organizational factor, safety climate factor. Secondly, the research builds scale factors, collects a large number of datas, tests the effectiveness of scale through exploratory factor analysis method and validity test method, combines with structural equation modeling analysis method, uses Amos7.0to do some fitting, evaluation, correction and interpretation on the model, determines EMU mchanic unsafe behavior factors final model.Thirdly, research does demographic analysis of statistical variables, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factors path analysis on collected data, make relevant conclusions of unsafe behavior influencing factors and its path through empirical analysis. Finally,the research make some suggestions about enhancing railway industry safety management and eliminating EMU mechanic unsafe behavior according to empirical analysis:establish HSE safety management system, promote "felt leadership" to strengthen safety attitudes, innovative safety training, enlighten safety awareness, combine targeted measures with integrated control measures. |
