Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of BIM Technology Diffusion In Large-scale Construction Projects

Computer Aided Design(CAD)technology has enabled the construction industry to develop from manual drawing to computer drawing.The emergence of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has revolutionized the development of the construction industry.At the beginning of the last century,the construction industry in developed countries in Europe and America reduced the waste of resources by applying BIM technology and breaking through the production bottleneck.Looking at the development of China’s construction industry today,although the country vigorously promotes BIM technology,the spread of BIM technology is still difficult.Therefore,this topic conducts in-depth exploration and analysis of the causes of slow implementation,and proposes solutions and recommendations.This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on the influencing factors of BIM application,and summarizes the "influencing factors that hinder the spread of BIM technology." Then,the influencing factors that hinder the diffusion of BIM technology by combining the technology diffusion theory are divided into three categories: technology,diffusion subject,and diffusion environment,and seven subcategories of software,platform,cognition,organization,implementation,economy,and law.Then,the project site by combining the actual engineering cases is investigated,the BIM related management and technical personnel in the project are interviewed,and the influencing factors of BIM technology diffusion in the above classification are compared and analyzed so as to obtain the impact under each category and the relative importance of the factors.Finally,the countermeasures are proposed based on the relatively important influencing factors of BIM technology diffusion.
