The Labor Contract Law was enacted to improve the labor contract system,clarify the rights and obligations of both parties to the labor contract,and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.In modern enterprise management,the main responsibility subjects involved in human resources management activities include:senior managers of the company,non-human resources department managers,human resources department and every employee of the enterprise.The above four share the responsibility of human resources management of the company.The important legal basis for the implementation of the responsibility is the Labor Contract Law.The high mobility,high turnover rate and low educational level of workers in construction enterprises in China have led to their low awareness of labor contracts and weak legal awareness of self-protection,especially in small and medium-sized cities and construction enterprises.Therefore,the study on the implementation of labor contract law in Weihai's construction industry is of certain value..Based on the research sample of construction enterprises in Weihai,this paper analyses the related problems in human resources management after the implementation of the Labor Contract Law.Starting from the current situation of recruitment management,salary and welfare management,employment forms and types of labor disputes,and based on the Labor Contract Law,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the impact of this Law and regulation on human resources management of construction enterprises in Weihai,and finds out the existing problems,and also discusses the implementation of this Law and regulation.Positive influence and existing problems of offshore construction enterprises.Taking Weihai construction enterprises as the research object,this paper analyses their employment characteristics,and expounds the influence of the Labor Contract Law on the signing of labor contracts,the determination of wages and remuneration,the dispatch of labor services,the settlement of labor disputes and the termination of contracts between enterprises and workers.According to the results of the analysis,some suggestions are put forward to further improve the Labor Contract Law,so that the Labor Contract Law can be continuously improved in the process of implementation and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
