| With the increasing perfection of laws and regulations for employment in China,labor dispute cases have shown an upward trend year by year.Service disputes also occur from time to time,and the probability of enterprises’ employment risk is greatly increased,and the losses brought to enterprises are also increasingly high.DC is a state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprise.In October 2010,it was jointly funded and established by a group company in Beijing and a subsidiary company of the local SASAC.Compared with private enterprises,the nature of the enterprise determines its own characteristics of employment.At present,DC has basically realized employee contract management,but there are still many forms of employment.Due to historical reasons and the particularity of state-owned enterprises,DC still has various problems in employment,which focus on the following aspects: weak human resource management,low overall work efficiency and unreasonable talent structure;The company has some problems left over from history,and the existing employment system and process also have loopholes;there are great legal loopholes in supplementary employment.How to effectively prevent and control employment risks has become the top priority for DC to achieve sustainable development.This paper is mainly composed of the following parts.The first part is the introduction,including research background,research significance,research framework,research methods,research innovation and deficiencies.The second part is employment risk research theoretical basis;including human resource management theory,risk management theory and employment law applicant theory.The third part is the current employment situation of DC,including the general situation and employment situation of DC.The fourth part is the identification and evaluation of employment risk of DC in which flowchart identification method is adopted to identify labor risk,decomposition analysis method is adopted to identify assist labor risk.Adopt the decomposition analysis method to analyze and identify the auxiliary labor risk of DC Company,and conduct the auxiliary labor risk assessment based on the LEC method.The fifth part is the prevention and control countermeasures of employment risk of DC,including the prevention countermeasures of employment risk,auxiliary employment risk prevention countermeasures and basic guarantee of employment risk prevention.The sixth part includes conclusions and prospects.This thesis takes DC employment risk prevention and control as the research object,mainly using the survey method,enterprise diagnostic study methods,interdisciplinary study etc.To put forward employment risk prevention measures and basic safeguard measures for DC based on the analysis of the present employment situation,identification of DC’s employment risk of each link is made in flow chart recognition method and the evaluation of the DC’s labor employment risk is made in matrix risk evaluation method,and recognition of DC’s auxiliary employment is made in decomposed analysis method and the evaluation results obtained through LEC risk evaluation method.Labor risk control is the task that every enterprise would face.This paper studies on overall employment risk prevention and control of DC and eventually provided the integrated solution for DC.Perhaps the research on some certain type of employment risk is not deep enough and there may be some defects and the insufficiency because my theory research level is limited,investigation experience is not enough.For these issues,I will do in-depth research,and continue to make up and improve through future study and work practice according to the actual work requirement. |
